Key responsibilities include evaluating and enhancing R2R processes for improved efficiency and control. You will design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions within the Finance domain, managing solution ownership from requirements to hypercare. Collaboration with Finance, Operations, and IT teams is crucial for defining business needs and delivering value. Support testing phases, define data requirements, and oversee data migration and interface implementations. Develop insightful reports and dashboards for business decision-making, review solution designs, and ensure system integrations align with business objectives. Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions, and work effectively within Agile and Waterfall environments while supporting governance and IT controls for finance systems.

This position requires 8-12 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong emphasis on Record-to-Report processes and system implementations. Essential hands-on experience includes SAP Project Systems (PS), Investment Management (IM), and Asset Accounting (AA). You should also have experience with data migration, data conversion, and interface implementation, including Application Interface Framework (AIF). A solid understanding of financial processes and SAP S/4HANA configuration is necessary, along with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital, as is experience working with global, distributed teams. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Willingness to work within the UK time zone is also a key requirement.
