This role involves comprehensive ownership and support of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including General Ledger, Journal Entries, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accruals & Provisions, and both period-end and year-end closes. You will also manage month-end activities, financial reporting, and statutory requirements.

Further responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting), managing integrations with modules like Ariba, MM, and EWM, and translating business needs into functional specifications. You will conduct various system tests, provide production support, and resolve issues.

Additionally, you'll support integration with SAP Project Systems (PS) and Ariba, oversee project cost tracking, WBS elements, and settlement processes, ensuring accurate financial postings for project accounting. Close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, support for SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, and the creation of documentation and training materials are also key aspects of this position.

A strong candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP FICO and SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting. Proficiency in managing integrations between SAP FI and other modules such as Ariba, MM, and EWM is essential.

Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) integration, project cost tracking, and financial postings related to project accounting is required. The ability to analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, and conduct comprehensive system testing (unit, integration, UAT) is crucial.

This role demands excellent stakeholder management skills, experience supporting SAP implementations and enhancements, and the capability to create functional documentation and training materials. Providing end-user training and knowledge transfer will be integral to success. While this role is based in Hyderabad, hybrid work arrangements are available, subject to client needs.
