Spearhead SAP FICO implementations and support, focusing on S/4 HANA Finance with a minimum of 6 years of experience within this domain.

Provide deep expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Banking, including Banking Interface knowledge. Excel in Controlling areas such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis.

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP, and FICO-PS. Participate in at least 4 end-to-end implementations and 4-5 product support projects in S4HANA Finance.

Apply strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (Activate/ASAP) from project initiation through Go-Live support. Leverage SAP AMS processes to effectively support users globally. Manage interfaces and integrations with third-party systems, including basic ALE, IDOC execution, and error handling.

Independently understand, estimate, design, and deliver SAP FICO solutions. Collaborate with development teams, prepare functional specifications, conduct testing, and deploy RICEF objects. Present roadmaps for digital transformation and strategic planning to C-suite clients. Engage in RFP processes and presales activities. Develop functional specifications, user documentation, and test cases.

A minimum of 12 years of overall SAP FICO experience is required, with at least 6 years specifically in S/4 HANA Finance. Candidates must possess a strong command of SAP implementation methodologies, including Activate and ASAP.

Demonstrate a robust understanding of SAP AMS processes and experience with interfaces and integrations with third-party systems. Familiarity with ALE, IDOC execution, and error handling is also necessary.

Proven ability to work independently, estimate, design, and deliver solutions. Experience in coordinating with development teams, creating functional specifications, testing, and deploying RICEF objects is crucial.

Significant experience in client-facing roles, including presenting digital transformation roadmaps and strategic plans, is expected. Prior involvement in RFPs and presales activities is advantageous.

Educational qualifications should include CA, CWA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance. Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for success in this role.
