We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with extensive experience in S/4 HANA Finance to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP's financial modules and a proven track record in implementing and supporting complex SAP environments.

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and provide expert support for S/4 HANA Finance. Drive the design, development, and deployment of RICEF objects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, develop functional specifications, and prepare comprehensive test cases.

Engage with C-suite executives to present digital transformation roadmaps and strategic plans. Contribute to RFP responses and presales activities. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.

A minimum of 12 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 6 years focused on S/4 HANA Finance, is essential. Candidates must possess strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, and Banking, including interface knowledge. Proficiency in Controlling areas such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis is required.

Demonstrated experience in at least 4 end-to-end S/4 HANA Finance implementations and 4-5 product support projects is crucial. A thorough understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (Activate/ASAP) and SAP AMS processes is expected. Experience with interfaces, integration with third-party systems, ALE, and IDOC execution is necessary. Candidates should be adept at working independently to design and deliver solutions, coordinating with development teams, and preparing functional specifications, user documentation, and test cases. Excellent team management, organizational, and time management skills are a must, along with strong client-facing abilities.
