This role focuses on SAP FICO within SAP S/4HANA environments, driving core finance and controlling processes. You will be instrumental in end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, collaborating with international stakeholders on system enhancements and user authorizations.

Lead SAP FICO configuration, implementation, testing, and production support within SAP S/4HANA.

Drive core Finance & Controlling processes, including G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Projects, EBS, and Bank Reconciliation.

Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements, country rollouts, validations, substitutions, Fiori applications, and user authorization needs.

Troubleshoot complex business and system issues, ensuring high-quality solutions in a fast-paced setting.

A minimum of 6 years of total experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to hands-on SAP FICO, including substantial SAP S/4HANA exposure.

Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP FICO S/4HANA implementations, demonstrating expertise in configuration, testing, and support.

Strong knowledge of Validations, Substitutions, User Authorizations, Fiori Apps, FI Master Data, and financial accounting processes is essential.

Basic understanding of SAP ABAP and familiarity with development lifecycle tools like Jira and Transport Expresso are required.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to thrive in global teams and present complex information effectively.
