We are seeking experienced SAP FI-CA professionals to bolster our EY GDS team. Become an integral part of a forward-thinking organization and significantly influence its expansion. This role offers the chance to build an exceptional career while contributing to a better working world.

Provide expert functional insights and hands-on configuration for SAP IS-U within the electricity, gas, and water utility sectors. Lead business workshops, blueprinting sessions, and develop comprehensive documentation, including BBPs/BBDs FS, test scenarios, and training materials. Manage defect resolution and provide crucial support for the Device Management module.

Design and implement core and customized business processes, offering best practices for ISU. Effectively communicate complex requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Be prepared for business travel as needed and diligently monitor project progress and quality.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of utility industry business processes (regulated and deregulated). Possess comprehensive SAP FICA knowledge for creating business blueprints, BPPs, functional documents, and test cases. Deep familiarity with the Meter to Cash process is essential.

Experience with FICA Dunning procedure, Collection Strategy, payment integration, write-off, return processing, security deposit, installment plans, and promise to pay is required. Exposure to country-specific localization is valuable. Experience with BRIM CI FICA, FICA Events, and BRF+ (functional) is highly desirable.

Exhibit strong knowledge of clearing strategies and rules, along with expertise in Cash Desk and clarifications. A solid grasp of month-end and period-end closing, plus FICA to FICO GL integration, is critical. Experience in the deregulated/regulated energy market is expected.

Develop templates and methods to enhance application support efficiency. Gather and prioritize SAP business requirements, designing suitable solutions. Understand configuration dependencies across SAP modules like Device Management, CS/CRM, and Billing, applying this knowledge to design and troubleshoot. Define comprehensive test scenarios and execute unit, cycle, and integration tests.

Possess expertise in making enhancements within specific FICA events. Must have successfully completed multiple SAP projects and possess excellent communication skills. Demonstrate confidence working within an offshore/onshore delivery model and proven experience managing large work streams across various locations. Consulting experience is advantageous.

Key hands-on FI-CA concepts include: Company Code Setup, Chart of Accounts, GL setup, Main/Sub Transaction Setup, Security Deposit Process, Incoming Payments (Real Time, Direct Debit, Cash Desk), Outgoing Payments and Returns, Collection process, Collection Agency process, Transfer Posting, and Escheatment process. Strong knowledge of month-end/period-end closing and FICA to FICO GL integration is essential. Implementation experience of BRF Plus is required.

Experience and knowledge of using middleware technology for SAP integration with third-party systems (payments, collection agencies, etc.) are necessary. Data migration experience is required. Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and plan work efficiently is expected.

To qualify, a college degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or equivalent job experience is required. Approximately 5 to 8 years of functional role experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility, is expected. Prior SAP BRIM CI role experience is mandatory. Must have led at least one end-to-end SAP implementation from scratch.

Ideally, experience with third-party application integration, SAP RAR, BRIM CI/SOM/CM integration, and SAP S4 HANA Platform is beneficial. Familiarity with tools like JIRA or equivalent is a plus. SAP Utilities certifications, such as SAP FICA (IUT240 / AC240 / BR240) or SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (AC245 / BR245), are advantageous.
