Key responsibilities include defining and enforcing SAP FICA solution architecture, leading comprehensive implementation and transformation programs, and conducting thorough design workshops and fit-gap analyses. You will be instrumental in driving scalable enterprise solutions and advocating for architectural best practices.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with business teams to refine customer accounting processes, manage FICA data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities, and provide crucial support for pre-sales, solutioning, and estimations. This role also involves mentoring teams and engaging effectively with executive stakeholders.

A strong foundation in SAP FICA is mandatory, covering Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable, Contract Accounts & Customer Account Management, Receivables & Payables Processing, Open Item Management, Payment Processing, Dunning, Installment Plans, Security Deposits, Returns Processing, Write-Offs, Interest Calculation, and Business Partner Management. Significant integration experience with SAP systems such as IS-U, FI/GL, CRM, SD, BRIM, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, S/4HANA, and BTP is essential.

Candidates should possess extensive SAP and industry expertise, particularly in Utilities, Telecommunications, Insurance, and Subscription Services. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, with SAP FICA certification being a preferred credential. Experience in SAP IS-U or SAP BRIM certification would be a notable advantage.
