We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of finance within our client's organizations, driving efficiency and innovation through cutting-edge SAP technologies.

Lead the architecture and design of SAP FI solutions for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformations. Define end-to-end Finance processes, target-state architecture, and financial reporting frameworks, conducting fit-gap analyses for optimal standard SAP solutions. Drive SAP Activate methodology deliverables across all program phases, including Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare.

Manage key SAP FI functional areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, Tax Configuration, Intercompany Accounting, Document Splitting, and Parallel Accounting with New GL/Universal Journal (ACDOCA). Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives, including Universal Journal architecture design and migration strategies from ECC FI.

Oversee integration design with various SAP modules (CO, MM, SD, PS, EPPM, Treasury, SuccessFactors Payroll, Ariba) and third-party banking and tax systems. Support Finance data migration strategy, defining scope, leading validation, and reconciliation. Provide expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Cutover activities to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.

Engage closely with CFO organizations, Finance Controllers, Accounting teams, and business stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, present solution options to leadership, and manage client escalations effectively. Review functional specifications, guide offshore delivery teams, and ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a seasoned SAP FI Functional Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI), including 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. Proven experience in large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, global template design, and rollout is essential.

Possess strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting, SAP S/4HANA Finance, global finance processes, solution design, stakeholder management, and implementation governance. Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Aerospace, MRO, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Retail, or Consumer Products is highly desirable, as is experience with multinational clients and distributed teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. A CA, CMA, or CPA qualification, along with SAP FI/FIN or SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications, are considered significant advantages. Familiarity with SAP Fiori Applications, SAP BTP Integration, SAP Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Data Migration Cockpit, SAP Integration Suite, and an understanding of ABAP Enhancements and Interfaces are also beneficial.
