EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Manager to lead financial supply chain initiatives. This role involves optimizing cash flow, credit management, and collections, leveraging SAP FSCM solutions to align with business objectives and enhance financial performance.

As an SAP FSCM Manager, you will spearhead financial supply chain improvements, driving enhancements in cash flow, credit management, and collections.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading and mentoring the FSCM team to effectively execute financial supply chain strategies. - Overseeing the implementation and configuration of SAP FSCM solutions. - Identifying and implementing best practices for optimizing credit, collections, and dispute resolution processes. - Analyzing financial data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes support overall business goals. - Developing and delivering end-user training on FSCM functionalities. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the FSCM module to maintain system reliability. - Generating and presenting comprehensive reports on financial performance and process efficiency to senior management.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7-11 years of experience in SAP S4 Hana Credit, Collection, and Dispute Management.

Essential qualifications include: - A minimum of two end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP FSCM, covering Credit Management, Collection Management, and Dispute Management, including cash application and High Rad Integration. - Expertise in S4HANA credit management functionalities. - Knowledge of third-party interface integration for credit management. - Familiarity with credit score calculation methodologies. - Hands-on experience in preparing functional specifications. - Solid understanding of SAP FI Account Receivables. - Ability to independently manage complex technical Purchase Order (PO) requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must hold a professional qualification such as CA, ICWA, MBA Finance, or Mcom.
