Lead SAP Finance workstreams for ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects, including impact assessments and fit-gap analyses. Design and implement solutions across key SAP Finance areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

Drive the adoption of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and facilitate the transition from classic ECC finance architecture. Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, reconciliation, and validation. Analyze custom developments and support conversion activities, including testing, cutover planning, and hypercare.

Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements. Prepare functional specifications and support development teams. Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development. Support proposal development and client presentations.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong SAP FI expertise and proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects. A deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture, simplification concepts, and hands-on experience with Universal Journal and Business Partner integration are essential.

Proficiency in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing processes is required. Experience in conversion readiness assessment, custom code impact analysis, and finance process transformation is crucial. Strong knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules and experience with reconciliation processes are vital.

Candidates should possess strong stakeholder management, client-facing consulting skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. The capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and strong analytical problem-solving skills are expected. Ideally, candidates will have 6-10 years of relevant experience and exposure to global rollout or shared services transformation projects.
