As an SAP FI-AR Manager, you will spearhead the solution design, implementation, and ongoing support for SAP FI-AR across global business units. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing core AR processes, including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, dunning, and account reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include driving and supporting integrations with Bank Communication Management (BCM), configuring and processing interest calculations, managing AR correspondence, customer account statements, and lockbox processing for cash application. You will also manage integrations with HighRadius for collections and dispute management.

This role involves close collaboration with finance, treasury, banking, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and compliant solutions. You will lead transformation initiatives, drive process automation, and champion continuous improvement programs, while effectively managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a closely related field. A minimum of 10 years of dedicated SAP Finance experience is required, with a strong emphasis on SAP FI-AR.

Proven experience with SAP BCM, Lockbox, Interest Calculation, Account Statements, and the Correspondence Framework is essential. We are also looking for candidates with experience integrating SAP with HighRadius solutions for Collections and Dispute Management.

Demonstrated knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, and a track record in finance transformation programs are critical. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount for success in this dynamic position.
