This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, offering a chance to work with a leading technology services provider dedicated to client success and societal impact.

Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across multiple warehouse sites, managing incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow. Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA timelines, supporting critical warehouse operations including inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and yard processes.

Perform proactive application monitoring, resolve alerts, and ensure smooth operation of interfaces and queues. Support RF device troubleshooting and warehouse mobility solutions, coordinating with infrastructure teams during maintenance.

Participate in change and release management activities, including deployment validation and regression testing. Execute liberation testing and ensure successful change implementations.

Support integrations between SAP EWM and various systems like SAP ECC/S4, SAP OTM, and warehouse automation solutions. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and maintain knowledge articles.

Create and maintain essential documentation such as FS, TS, SOPs, and test cases. Support audit, compliance, and access management activities, ensuring documentation aligns with operational procedures.

A minimum of 5-12 years of SAP EWM support experience is required, with proven expertise in AMS environments and global warehouse operations. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM, along with strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies, is essential.

Proficiency in production support, deployments, testing, and RCA activities, coupled with experience in SLA-driven support environments, is crucial. Familiarity with supporting multi-site factories and distribution centers is expected.

Key technical skills include SAP EWM versions, warehouse process management, RF framework, inventory and yard management, quality management, and wave management. Integration knowledge spanning SAP OTM, warehouse automation, PLC, ASRS, AGV, and third-party warehouse systems is necessary.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management capabilities are vital. The ability to perform under a 24x7 support model and a proactive service management approach are highly valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected. While not mandatory, relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
