Seeking a seasoned SAP EWM AMS Consultant to manage and support a global warehouse infrastructure across North America and Europe. This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations within SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments.

Key responsibilities include effective incident and problem resolution, vigilant monitoring, adept change management, and driving continuous service improvements. The ideal candidate possesses robust functional and technical SAP EWM skills, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and integration knowledge, with the ability to support a 24x7x365 global business.

Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across diverse warehouse sites. Manage incidents, service requests, and problems using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution within SLA targets.

Support critical warehouse operations including inbound processing, putaway, staging, receiving, picking, packing, outbound shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, cross-docking, and yard processes. Monitor application performance, interfaces, queues, and background jobs proactively.

Participate in change and release management activities, including deployment support, regression testing, and liberation testing. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and maintain knowledge bases. Drive service improvement initiatives and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Requires 5-12 years of experience in SAP EWM support, with a proven track record in AMS environments supporting global warehouse operations across multiple sites. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is essential.

Strong expertise in warehouse automation, integration technologies, production support, deployments, testing, and RCA is necessary. Familiarity with SLA-driven support models and the ability to perform under a 24x7 support structure are crucial.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are vital. Proficiency in managing stakeholders and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset are highly valued. Experience with SAP ECC/S4, OTM, PLC, ASRS, AGV, and third-party logistics integrations is expected.
