Join our global team as an experienced SAP EWM AMS Consultant and be instrumental in maintaining and supporting a complex, international warehouse infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring seamless warehouse operations across North America and Europe by providing comprehensive Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) for SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments.

Your expertise will be crucial in managing incidents, resolving problems, continuous monitoring, effective change management, and driving service enhancements. We are looking for a candidate with deep functional and technical SAP EWM knowledge, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and strong integration awareness to support our 24x7x365 global business needs.

You will be responsible for delivering L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across various warehouse sites. This includes managing incidents, service requests, and changes within ServiceNow, and performing thorough analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues within strict SLA timelines.

Key operational support includes inbound processing, putaway, staging, receiving, picking, packing, outbound shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, cross-docking, loading, yard processes, quality management, and Value Added Services (VAS). You will also conduct proactive application monitoring, manage interfaces, queues, and background jobs, reprocess failed queues, and support RF device troubleshooting and warehouse mobility solutions.

Furthermore, you will support change and release management activities, including deployment validation, post-release support, regression testing, and liberation testing. Your role will also involve supporting and monitoring crucial integrations with SAP ECC/S4, SAP OTM, traceability systems, PLC systems, ASRS, AGVs, TGW automation, and external third-party logistics applications.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 12 years of dedicated SAP EWM support experience, specifically within AMS environments managing global warehouse operations across multiple factory sites and distribution centers.

Proven hands-on experience with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is essential, along with strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing production support, deployments, testing, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), operating effectively within SLA-driven support frameworks.

Essential technical skills include SAP EWM modules like Warehouse Process Management, RF Framework, Inventory Management, Yard Management, Quality Management, Wave Management, and Labor/Resource Management. Proficiency in integration technologies for SAP OTM, warehouse automation systems, PLC, ASRS, AGVs, traceability, and third-party systems is also required, alongside strong debugging, troubleshooting, SQL, MOCA, interface monitoring, change/release management, and RCA capabilities.
