Join our team as an experienced SAP EWM AMS Consultant to deliver comprehensive Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) for a global warehouse network across North America and Europe. This role involves supporting SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments, ensuring operational stability through effective incident and problem resolution, monitoring, and continuous service improvement.

We are looking for a professional with robust functional and technical SAP EWM expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and integration knowledge. The ability to support a 24x7x365 global business environment is essential.

Key responsibilities include providing L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across multiple warehouse sites, managing incidents, service requests, and changes via ServiceNow. You will analyze and resolve production issues within SLA, supporting critical warehouse operations such as inbound processing, picking, packing, outbound shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, cross-docking, loading, yard processes, quality management, and value-added services.

Further duties involve proactive application monitoring, troubleshooting RF devices and warehouse mobility solutions, and coordinating with infrastructure teams for planned maintenance. You will also support deployment activities across all environments, participate in release planning, and execute regression testing to ensure successful change implementations with zero rollback.

This role requires 5-12 years of SAP EWM support experience, with proven expertise in AMS environments for global warehouse operations, supporting multi-site factories and distribution centers. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is crucial, alongside strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies. Experience with production support, deployments, testing, and root cause analysis (RCA) in SLA-driven environments is expected.
