Seeking a seasoned SAP EWM AMS Consultant to manage and support a global warehouse network across North America and Europe. This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations within SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments. You will be instrumental in incident management, problem resolution, monitoring, and continuous service improvement for multiple factories and distribution centers.

This position demands robust functional and technical SAP EWM expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a 24x7x365 global operational setting. Integration knowledge is key to success in this dynamic role.

Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across diverse warehouse sites. Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution within SLA parameters. Support critical warehouse functions including inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, cycle counting, and value-added services. Proactively monitor applications and interfaces, reprocess failed queues, and troubleshoot RF devices and mobility solutions.

Contribute to change and release management by supporting deployments, participating in release planning, and executing regression and liberation testing. Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring incidents, maintain knowledge bases, and drive initiatives for incident reduction and service enhancement. Collaborate with infrastructure teams during planned maintenance and support audit and compliance activities.

A minimum of 5 to 12 years of SAP EWM support experience is required, with proven success in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) environments for global warehouse operations. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is essential, alongside strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies. Experience in production support, deployments, testing, and RCA is crucial.

Key technical skills include proficiency in SAP EWM modules, warehouse process management, RF framework, inventory, yard, quality, and wave management. Strong integration knowledge with SAP ECC/S4, OTM, PLC, ASRS, AGVs, and third-party systems is necessary. The role also requires expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, queue management, interface monitoring, and change/release management. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role, along with an ownership mindset and the ability to work effectively in global teams under a 24x7 support model.
