Join our global team as a seasoned SAP EWM AMS Consultant, instrumental in delivering end-to-end application maintenance and support for an extensive international warehouse network. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations across North America and Europe, supporting both SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments. You will ensure the stability of warehouse operations across numerous factories and distribution centers by expertly managing incidents, resolving complex problems, overseeing monitoring, facilitating change, and driving continuous service enhancements.

A strong foundation in SAP EWM, coupled with exceptional troubleshooting acumen, integration proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a 24x7x365 global business setting, is essential for success in this dynamic position.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across diverse warehouse sites, managing all incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow. You'll be tasked with analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues within strict SLA parameters, directly impacting critical warehouse functions like inbound processing, picking, packing, outbound shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, and value-added services.

Furthermore, you will conduct proactive application monitoring, address alerts, and ensure the smooth operation of interfaces and queues. The role involves supporting RF device troubleshooting, coordinating with infrastructure teams for maintenance, and actively participating in deployment activities across all environments. You will also perform regression testing, support release planning, and execute liberation testing post-deployment, aiming for zero rollback incidents.

Integration support for SAP EWM with various systems, including SAP ECC/S4, SAP OTM, PLC, ASRS, AGVs, and third-party logistics applications, is a key aspect. You will conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues, maintain the Known Error Database, and drive initiatives to reduce incidents and improve service delivery. Additionally, creating and maintaining functional specifications, technical specifications, SOPs, test cases, and RCA documents will be part of your duties, alongside supporting audit and compliance activities.

We are seeking an SAP EWM AMS Consultant with 5 to 12 years of dedicated SAP EWM support experience, ideally within AMS environments supporting global warehouse operations across multi-site factories and distribution centers. Hands-on experience with both SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is mandatory, alongside strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies.

Proven experience in handling production support, deployments, thorough testing, and conducting root cause analyses (RCA) is essential. Candidates should demonstrate experience in SLA-driven support models. Key technical skills include proficiency in SAP EWM modules, warehouse process management, RF framework, inventory, yard, quality, wave, and labor/resource management. Strong integration knowledge across various SAP and non-SAP warehouse automation systems is also required.

Essential technical competencies encompass debugging, troubleshooting, queue monitoring and reprocessing, SQL, MOCA, interface monitoring, and change/release management.
