Join our team as an experienced SAP EWM AMS Consultant to deliver comprehensive Application Maintenance and Support for a global warehouse infrastructure. You will be instrumental in maintaining stability across SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM 2023 environments.

Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EWM applications across diverse warehouse sites. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution of production issues within SLA parameters.

Oversee critical warehouse operations including inbound processing, putaway, staging, picking, packing, outbound shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, cross-docking, loading, yard processes, quality management, and value-added services. Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and queues, reprocessing failed messages as needed.

Support RF device troubleshooting and warehouse mobility solutions. Collaborate with infrastructure teams during planned maintenance and participate actively in deployment activities across all environments. Execute regression testing and validation to ensure successful change implementation.

Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring incidents, maintaining knowledge articles and driving initiatives for incident reduction. Document functional specifications, technical specifications, standard operating procedures, and test cases, ensuring compliance and up-to-date records. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to provide service updates and participate in review meetings.

A minimum of 5 to 12 years of experience in SAP EWM support, with proven success in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) for global warehouse operations. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM 9.4 and SAP S/4HANA EWM is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in supporting multi-site factories and distribution centers, coupled with strong exposure to warehouse automation and integration technologies. Experience in production support, deployments, testing, and root cause analysis activities within SLA-driven environments is required.

Key technical skills include SAP EWM functionalities, Warehouse Process Management, RF Framework, Inventory Management, Yard Management, Quality Management, Wave Management, and Labor Management. Proficiency in SAP integration technologies, SAP OTM, warehouse automation systems, PLC, ASRS, AGV integrations, and traceability solutions is vital.
