Lead the design and architecture of SAP EPPM solutions, engaging closely with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements for portfolio and project management functions.

Configure core SAP EPPM components such as Portfolio Management, Project System (PS), Resource Management, and Commercial Project Management (CPM). Define project structures and manage project budgeting, planning, forecasting, and cost control processes.

Design project governance, approval workflows, and stage-gate processes. Ensure seamless integration of SAP EPPM with SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Human Resources (HCM/SuccessFactors), Plant Maintenance (PM), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Conduct fit-gap analyses, develop functional specifications, and support testing activities. Drive data migration for project master data and WBS structures, providing cutover planning and hypercare support. Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP EPPM and SAP Project System (PS), with a strong understanding of portfolio and project management, resource management, and financial integration.

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Project Management capabilities, SAP Fiori Applications for EPPM, and embedded analytics is essential. Experience with integrations to SAP FI/CO, MM, PM/EAM, HCM/SuccessFactors, and Asset Accounting is required.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Ideally, you will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EPPM/PS solutions, including at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and experience in large-scale global transformation programs. SAP EPPM/PS certification is preferred.
