As an SAP Entitlement Management Support Manager, your responsibilities will include processing user access for provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning. You will oversee entitlements across various applications, databases, and infrastructure platforms. Key duties involve performing access reviews, certification campaigns, and entitlement reconciliations. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve access-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, support the joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes, and validate access requests against business and compliance requirements. Collaboration with application owners, business stakeholders, and security teams is essential, as is maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audits.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) is required, coupled with 1-2 years of solid industry experience. Essential skills include proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Entitlement Management, with a strong understanding of user provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC). Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or Azure AD/Entra ID is mandatory, alongside a firm grasp of IT security, compliance, and governance principles. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and business communication skills are critical for success.
