Capgemini is seeking a seasoned director-level executive to lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for our clients. This role is pivotal in driving growth and ensuring successful solution delivery.

Focusing on large-scale SAP S/4HANA initiatives, including Greenfield implementations, Brownfield/Bluefield conversions, and global rollouts, you will be instrumental in achieving key business KPIs for revenue, profitability, and capability expansion. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is paramount, requiring consultative guidance for SAP transformations from both bottom-up and top-down perspectives.

Beyond SAP, you will leverage successful SAP deliveries to cultivate broader client partnerships. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and the ability to foster relationships across all organizational levels are essential for success in this impactful position.

Lead and manage comprehensive SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, encompassing Greenfield implementations, Brownfield/Bluefield conversions, and global rollouts.

Drive and achieve critical business Key Performance Indicators, including revenue, profitability, and capability growth.

Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, overseeing all facets of engagement delivery.

Provide expert consulting and guidance to clients for SAP transformations, employing both bottom-up and top-down strategic approaches.

Develop and nurture client partnerships that extend beyond SAP, capitalizing on successful project outcomes.

Build, develop, and mentor talent across diverse SAP S/4HANA capabilities and domains. Upskill and cross-skill employees to address emerging needs within the domain. Attract and hire top talent through effective sourcing and networking strategies.

Proven experience managing global SAP Transformation Programs, with a strong preference for S/4HANA expertise.

Demonstrated success in end-to-end program management.

Solid functional or technical foundation in SAP.

Significant client-facing experience, with a history of working on-site at client locations for an extended period.

Ability to engage clients deeply on S/4HANA conversions across all project phases.

Proficiency in actively engaging with client C-level executives and steering committee meetings.

Capability to build and lead strong, globally distributed program teams for transformation initiatives.

Experience with Agile-centric SAP deliveries.

Strong leadership skills to steer and direct S/4HANA Transformation Programs effectively.

Extensive experience in a people leadership role.
