As a Senior Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Tracking & Time Off), you will be instrumental in configuring, operating, and governing our SF Time modules.

Your responsibilities include resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous improvement for Time Tracking and Time Off functionalities. You will configure and maintain essential components like Time Profiles and Time Types, ensuring seamless integration with EC and Payroll systems, with a preference for SAP Payroll.

This role demands close collaboration with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and business managers to ensure efficient execution and optimal outcomes.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 4-7 years in Time Management or Workforce Management systems, including a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Off.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field. The ability to independently address issues and drive enhancements is crucial. A SuccessFactors certification (EC or Time Management) is preferred.

Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy of time and leave data and a demonstrable reduction in associated errors.
