As an SAP WFS Consultant, your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing payroll business requirements to design functional solutions. You will configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), design payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and functions, and manage payroll processes, time evaluation integration, and statutory requirements. Collaboration with Employee Central consultants for end-to-end HR and payroll solutions, support for payroll control center activities, and optimization of payroll processes are key. You will also conduct payroll testing, UAT support, and provide production support for troubleshooting payroll processing issues. Ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations and collaborating on interfaces, integrations, and data migration activities are also integral to this role.

Candidates should possess 6-12 years of overall SAP HCM experience, with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Proven experience with payroll data migration and cutover activities is essential. A strong understanding of statutory payroll requirements, compliance processes, payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs is required. Familiarity with troubleshooting payroll processing issues and providing production support is also expected.
