Join a leading technology services company as an SAP EAM Architect, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance solutions. This permanent role involves leading the architectural vision, design, and successful implementation of SAP EAM capabilities to drive maintenance transformation. You will be instrumental in defining the target-state architecture and providing expert solution leadership throughout various project lifecycles.

Develop comprehensive end-to-end SAP EAM/PM solutions that align seamlessly with overarching business objectives. Lead critical phases such as blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and architecture governance, ensuring adherence to SAP S/4HANA EAM best practices. Drive the implementation and optimization of key maintenance processes, including Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance. Manage Work Order and Notification Management, alongside Asset Lifecycle, Calibration, and Shutdown/Turnaround processes.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and operations teams to translate complex requirements into robust and scalable solutions. Architect seamless integrations with complementary SAP modules like MM, Procurement, FI/CO, and Asset Accounting, as well as with SAP BTP and mobility solutions. Champion advanced initiatives such as SAP Intelligent Asset Management, predictive maintenance, Industry 4.0, and mobile maintenance adoption.
A deep understanding of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM) is essential, with hands-on experience in areas like Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning & Strategies, Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Work Clearance Management, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Refurbishment, and Linear Asset Management. Extensive practical experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations is a must.
Proficiency in SAP Best Practices and Fiori applications is expected, along with strong integration expertise across SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, Asset Accounting, and SAP BTP Integration Suite. While not mandatory, SAP PM/EAM or SAP S/4HANA certifications are preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is required.
