Seeking a seasoned SAP EAM Functional Consultant with 6-9 years of specialized experience in Enterprise Asset Management. This role requires deep functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EAM solutions within both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms.

The consultant will be instrumental in collaborating with business stakeholders to refine maintenance operations, enhance asset reliability, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Key duties involve translating complex business needs into effective SAP EAM functional solutions. This includes configuring and maintaining core EAM components such as Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Maintenance Notifications, and Maintenance Orders.

Responsibilities extend to developing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance strategies, managing Maintenance Plans and Task Lists, and overseeing Work Centers, BOMs, and Measuring Points. Leading workshops, conducting Fit-Gap analyses, and preparing detailed Functional Specifications are crucial. Collaboration with technical teams for custom developments and thorough system testing are also key components of this role.

A minimum of 6-9 years of practical experience in SAP EAM is essential, coupled with a strong grasp of asset management and maintenance business processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations or migrations is highly desired.

Proficiency in Equipment & Functional Location Management, Maintenance Processing, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Refurbishment, and Calibration Management is expected. Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for EAM and understanding of integrations with SAP MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and PS are vital. Candidates should have a proven track record in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
