This role focuses on providing expert support for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) functionalities. Key areas include e-invoicing, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and electronic document processing. The consultant will also stay updated on regulatory changes and collaborate with various teams to resolve production issues effectively.

The position involves ensuring the smooth operation of SAP ECC applications through L1.5, L2, and L3 production support. A crucial aspect is analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents within defined service level agreements (SLAs) and performing root cause analysis for persistent problems.

Provide comprehensive L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis for recurring problems and implementing corrective actions.

Manage service requests, execute standard changes, and deliver minor enhancements or configuration updates as needed.

Support deployment activities and manage transport processes, coordinating closely with business users, functional experts, and technical teams.

Prepare necessary functional and technical documentation, including knowledge articles, and participate in on-call support during critical business periods.

Must possess demonstrable experience with DRC functionalities within SAP.

Proficiency in providing L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications is essential.

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLAs, coupled with strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills.

Experience in handling service requests, standard changes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.

Familiarity with deployment activities, transport management, and coordination with business and technical teams.

Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes is required, along with experience using monitoring and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

Capability to work in shifts to support multiple regional operations.
