This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP DMC solutions. It involves deep engagement with solution blueprinting, shop floor execution, and seamless integration with various SAP and non-SAP systems. The position requires a proactive approach to requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, and end-user training. Essential technical expertise includes SAP BTP and SAP UI5, alongside experience in cloud integration, production processes, and shop floor automation.

Key responsibilities encompass leading solution design and blueprinting sessions to align SAP DMC with client business needs. You will configure, implement, and support SAP DMC solutions, including shop floor execution and POD/UI customization. Effective integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, utilizing tools like SAP Cloud Connector, is crucial. This role involves coordinating end-to-end system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting deployment activities. You will also develop and deliver client training, maintain functional and technical documentation, and provide ongoing client support by analyzing and troubleshooting SAP DMC issues. Engagement in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and solution presentations, is also part of the role.

A proven track record in implementing and supporting SAP Digital Manufacturing/BTP solutions, ideally including at least one full SAP DM implementation, is required. Essential technical skills include a solid understanding of Shop Order, SFC, and production execution concepts. Familiarity with SAP UI5, SAP BAS, cloud integrations, and API management is expected. A strong grasp of shop floor automation, integration with production connectors, and scanner integration is beneficial. Understanding of manufacturing concepts like Lot & Serial Manufacturing and Assembling & Confirmation is important, as is knowledge of inventory processes such as Goods Issue/Receipt (GI/GR).

Experience with Agile methodologies and project implementation coordination is necessary. Excellent client-facing skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, and the capacity to build trusted client relationships are vital for success in this role.
