Join our team as an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing Architect, focusing on the design, implementation, and support of robust SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless and integrated shop floor execution, while providing expert insights into manufacturing execution best practices. We are particularly interested in candidates with direct SAP Digital Manufacturing experience, though strong hands-on backgrounds in SAP MES and/or SAP MII will also be considered.

Manage and support manufacturing execution processes within SAP Digital Manufacturing. Configure and maintain key components such as Production Operator Dashboards (PODs), work centers, routings, work instructions, and data collection mechanisms.

Conduct solution assessments, driving process improvements and implementing mitigation strategies for manufacturing execution challenges. Ensure adherence to internal manufacturing standards, process controls, and operational requirements.

Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing projects, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. Develop and maintain comprehensive solution design documents, process documentation, procedures, and support materials.

Monitor SAP Digital Manufacturing processes and integrations, proactively addressing failures or issues with corrective actions. Conduct regular system and process reviews, delivering detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

Collaborate closely with IT, business, operations, plant, and integration teams to ensure flawless integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing with both SAP and non-SAP systems. Provide essential training and support to end-users for SAP Digital Manufacturing processes and related issues.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP manufacturing, MES, or SAP Digital Manufacturing implementation and support is required. This includes a minimum of 7 years in design, implementation, operations, or consulting with distributed applications.

Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing concepts, covering production execution, PODs, work instructions, data collection, nonconformance, resource/work center setup, and manufacturing process integration. Familiarity with the integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP BTP, and other shop floor or enterprise systems is essential.

Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing master data and transactional processes is necessary, including materials, BOMs, routings/recipes, production/process orders, and confirmations. Relevant SAP certifications in manufacturing, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or related SAP areas are highly preferred. Experience with industry-standard manufacturing processes and digital manufacturing best practices is also advantageous.
