As an SAP Cutover Manager, you will lead transformative SAP programs, ensuring seamless transitions from project implementation to business operations.

Lead comprehensive SAP cutover planning, execution, and governance for major transformation initiatives. Develop and manage integrated cutover plans, coordinating efforts across business, IT, SAP functional, technical, and third-party teams.

Oversee go-live readiness activities, including risk assessments, issue resolution, contingency planning, and hypercare support. Monitor cutover milestones and dependencies, providing regular progress updates to program leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful transitions with minimal disruption.

A seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in SAP program delivery, cutover management, release management, or large-scale ERP transformations. Possess strong expertise in SAP Cutover Strategy, Go-Live Planning, Deployment Management, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in managing complex dependencies, mitigating risks, ensuring business readiness, and leading command center activities during go-live phases. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities are essential, along with experience working with global teams and diverse delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
