NTT DATA is seeking an exceptional SAP Cutover Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. This pivotal role involves shaping and executing global cutover strategies, ensuring business continuity and successful go-lives across diverse regions and business units. The lead will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to orchestrate complex deployments, establish a robust cutover methodology, and manage deployment risks effectively.

Develop and implement the global SAP S/4HANA Cutover Strategy, establishing governance, policies, and deployment methodologies. Create enterprise cutover playbooks, quality gates, and readiness criteria, leading global governance boards and executive steering committee reviews. Manage regional Cutover Managers and coordinate deployment activities across multiple countries, business units, and functions, ensuring standardized execution while respecting regional needs. Serve as the executive owner for deployment planning and production readiness, partnering with key stakeholders like CIOs, CTOs, and PMO leaders. Oversee integrated deployment schedules, planning for migrations, transports, data, infrastructure, security, and business continuity. Manage multi-country deployments, addressing regulatory compliance, localization, and financial close requirements. Own the global deployment risk register, developing rollback and contingency strategies, and leading risk assessments. Provide executive oversight for data migration, technical readiness, and environment scalability. Partner with Business Transformation leadership to ensure organizational, training, and operational readiness. Direct System Integrators and consulting partners, governing deployment deliverables and managing vendor relationships. Oversee deployment budgets, optimize resources, and forecast staffing needs. Lead enterprise stabilization through Hypercare governance, Command Center operations, and transition to AMS. Build and mentor a global Cutover Management organization, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Candidates must possess 15+ years of SAP implementation and enterprise transformation experience, with at least 10 years leading enterprise-scale SAP programs. A minimum of 8 years of experience leading SAP Cutover, Deployment, or Release Management organizations is essential. Proven success in leading at least three global SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and delivering multi-country, multi-wave SAP deployments is expected. Extensive experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate Methodology, and various transition approaches (Brownfield, Greenfield, Selective Data Transition) is crucial. Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Basis, Landscape Management, Integration Suite, BTP, Fiori, Security, GRC, Data Migration, Master Data Governance, Analytics, and Reporting is necessary. Strong executive presence, strategic planning, global stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership skills are paramount. The ability to make decisions under pressure, manage enterprise risks, govern vendors, handle financial and budget matters, negotiate effectively, and lead change is vital.
