We are seeking an experienced SAP CS PM Consultant to leverage technology and create tangible business value for leading organizations. This role is integral to imagining and realizing the future of business operations through AI, technology, and human expertise.

Configure and provide expert support for SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, encompassing service orders, notifications, and maintenance planning.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and implement comprehensive solutions that align with critical service and maintenance processes.

Deliver functional support, effectively troubleshoot system issues, and ensure consistent system stability through prompt resolution of tickets and incidents.

Engage with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, and FI, to ensure seamless integration and drive continuous improvements in business processes.

Possess 6 to 9 years of dedicated, hands-on experience with SAP CS and PM modules. A proven track record of at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout is essential.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of service management, warranty procedures, contract management, and maintenance execution processes.

Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with effective communication skills for interaction with global teams.

SAP certification in CS/PM and experience within an S/4HANA environment are highly preferred.
