Global Delivery Services is a worldwide network of EY's service delivery centers, established in 2002 and now comprising over 80,000 professionals across ten global locations. Our teams provide critical support to clients in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge. Enablement Services deliver cost-effective, high-skilled services, while Innovation Specialists drive rapid prototyping and innovative thinking using advanced technologies.

As an SAP CPI Implementation expert, you will gather business and functional specifications, translating them into effective solutions. Your responsibilities include interpreting requirements, developing technical specifications, and working on both custom and standard integration packages.

You will manage SAP Cloud Connector and CPI cockpit functionalities, utilizing Java and Groovy scripting. Awareness of SAP CPI support activities is essential, along with the ability to perform root cause analysis for critical issues and propose solutions. This role involves conducting Unit, System, and Integration testing throughout the project lifecycle, documenting test results thoroughly.

To excel in this role, you should possess approximately 9 years of progressive experience in a development capacity, specifically with SAP CPI Implementation. Expertise in business process orchestration products such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or SAP PI/PO is required.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in gathering requirements, analyzing system landscapes, and developing interfaces for client projects. A strong background in building integration strategies for hybrid landscapes (on-premise and cloud applications) is essential. Familiarity with various business scenarios (A2A, B2B) and adapters (SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDOC, ODATA, JDBC, SuccessFactors) is expected. A clear understanding of security concepts like SSL and PGP encryption is also necessary. While experience with Groovy scripts is preferred, SAP certification is considered a plus. A college degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent job experience is required.
