We seek a skilled SAP Configuration Delivery Lead / Project Manager to spearhead global SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support initiatives for the EY SAP platform. Provide executive-level leadership for global SAP transformation programs from initiation through deployment and ongoing support. Own the delivery governance for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, RISE, testing, release management, cutover, and deployment readiness.

Drive cross-functional execution involving business, functional, technical, application support, infrastructure, and third-party teams to uphold delivery quality and business continuity. Establish program structures, governance routines, and decision forums for complex global SAP initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead functional delivery for SAP transformation initiatives, overseeing SIT, UAT, regression testing, production cutover, defect management, quality assurance, and release governance. Analyze business requirements to develop scalable SAP solutions aligned with global templates, driving solution architecture and process harmonization. Be a thought leader in data migration strategy and execution for master and transactional data, guiding integration design across SAP platforms.

A Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates should possess at least 15 years of SAP technical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in architecture or leadership capacities. Proven experience in delivering full-cycle SAP implementations, migrations, production cutovers, and global rollouts is essential.

Demonstrated ability to lead SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and RISE delivery, encompassing testing, release governance, cutover, and deployment readiness. The capability to influence executive leadership, business stakeholders, global delivery teams, and third-party providers within a matrixed environment is crucial. Preferred certifications include ABAP on Cloud Backend Developer, SAP CPI Integration Developer, and SAP Signavio Process Management Consultant.
