Join our team as an SAP Concur Application Support specialist. This role involves providing L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, ensuring smooth application operations and user satisfaction. You will be instrumental in maintaining system configurations, resolving production incidents, and supporting enhancements.

This position also requires basic exposure to AppZen audit platform and Cognos Reporting to support integrated business processes. You will play a key role in operational activities, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Application Management Services (AMS) framework.

Provide comprehensive L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Manage user access, profile creation, and role modifications, while validating system design changes. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions, supporting country-specific expense policies.

Monitor and support integrations with SAP ECC/ERP systems, investigating and resolving interface failures. Assist with accounting extract processes and reconciliation activities.

Offer support for AppZen audit platform operations, configuration updates, and troubleshooting. Provide basic support for Cognos reports, including maintenance and user assistance.

Execute audit controls, monitor application health, and ensure data integrity. Prepare support documentation and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, including configuration and administration. A solid understanding of expense reimbursement processes, approval workflows, and user administration is essential.

Familiarity with Concur integrations with SAP ERP/SAP ECC systems and the ability to troubleshoot production issues with root cause analysis are required. Basic knowledge of Cognos Reporting and the AppZen audit platform is also necessary. A good grasp of financial processes, expense management, and reimbursement is expected, along with familiarity with ITIL support processes and AMS engagement models.

While a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, SAP Concur certification is a plus. Experience supporting global enterprise SaaS applications and knowledge of audit and compliance processes are advantageous. Exposure to Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services operations, as well as experience in DevOps-enabled AMS environments, would be highly beneficial.
