Seeking a skilled professional to provide L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, ensuring seamless application operations. This role involves maintaining application configurations, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting enhancements.

Responsibilities extend to managing user access, validating system changes, and collaborating with business stakeholders to align solutions with requirements. Support for country-specific expense policies and workflow adjustments is also a key aspect of this position.

Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, performing application configuration and maintenance, and analyzing/resolving production incidents. You will also support enhancements, defect fixes, user access provisioning, and validate system design changes.

Further duties involve supporting integrations with SAP ECC/ERP systems, troubleshooting interface failures, and assisting with accounting extract processes. Basic exposure to AppZen audit platform and Cognos Reporting is required for their respective support functions, including user queries and report maintenance.

A strong background in SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, including configuration and administration, is essential. Candidates should possess knowledge of expense reimbursement processes, approval workflows, and user administration. Familiarity with Concur integrations with SAP ERP/ECC systems and the ability to troubleshoot production issues with root cause analysis are required.

Basic knowledge of Cognos Reporting and the AppZen audit platform is also necessary. Understanding of financial processes like expense management and reimbursements, along with familiarity with ITIL support processes and AMS engagement models, will be highly beneficial for this role.
