Design and manage incentive compensation plans using CallidusCloud/SAP ICM.

Configure systems, manage data integration, and troubleshoot commission calculations to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to support end-to-end compensation cycles.

Be prepared to work in shifts and weekends as required by business needs.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required in designing and managing incentive compensation plans with CallidusCloud or SAP ICM.

Demonstrated skill in system configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting complex commission calculations.

Strong analytical capabilities are essential, along with proven experience in stakeholder collaboration.

Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends is a necessary aspect of this role.
