In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust commission rules, compensation plans, crediting logic, measurement rules, and incentive structures. You'll translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable SAP Commissions solutions, working collaboratively with functional consultants, sales operations, finance teams, and other technical experts.

Key responsibilities include configuring SAP Commissions components, developing intricate calculation logic, troubleshooting commission processing issues, and supporting production deployments. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and actively participating in Agile delivery processes are also vital aspects of this position.

We are seeking professionals with strong hands-on experience in SAP Commissions configuration, troubleshooting, and production support. A background in incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or SAP CallidusCloud implementations is highly beneficial.

Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of SAP Commissions, SAP CallidusCloud, and SAP SPM, along with proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies. Experience with SAP HANA and data analysis skills are also valuable.
