Provide L2/L3 application support for the SAP Commissions system, monitoring daily processes and resolving failures promptly. Troubleshoot calculation errors, data discrepancies, and performance issues while managing incident and service requests within defined SLAs.

Maintain and update compensation plans, crediting rules, incentive calculations, and rate tables. Implement minor enhancements and support new plan rollouts. Validate and process inbound data, ensuring accuracy for commission calculations and performing necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance teams to investigate payout discrepancies and provide clear explanations. Support audit processes and deliver valuable reporting insights. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing batch jobs and rule execution for peak efficiency.

A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in SAP Commissions or Incentive Management is required. Proven experience with an AMS support model, including ticketing systems and SLAs, is essential. Familiarity with ITIL processes and prior production support experience is highly preferred.

Possess strong technical skills in SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud, with knowledge of incentive rules, compensation plan modeling, and calculation engines. Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting is necessary. Basic understanding of integrations, ETL tools, and APIs is beneficial.

Functional expertise in Sales Compensation and Incentive Management processes, along with exposure to Finance and Sales Operations workflows, is crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.
