EY Consulting is a dynamic and rapidly expanding sector offering significant career potential. We are actively seeking experienced SAP S4 CO Managers to join our thriving SAP S4 Finance team. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP CO modules within the S/4HANA environment. You will serve as a crucial link between financial stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring controlling processes are scalable, accurate, and adhere to SAP best practices.

Key responsibilities include managing SAP implementation projects, conducting business blueprint design workshops, and performing functional gap analysis. You will handle complex CO enhancements, provide user support during testing and post-go-live phases, and ensure timely task completion with regular status reporting. The role requires driving design workshops independently and preparing workshop materials and minutes.

Ideal candidates possess a CA, ICWA, ICMA, or MBA Finance qualification from a reputable institution, with 7-10 years of industry and SAP experience. Experience in an onsite-offshore delivery model, leading business blueprinting, and documenting requirements is essential. Proficiency in SAP Controlling modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis, is critical. Experience with FI integration, end-to-end implementations, and various SAP Finance modules is highly valued. Strong business communication and presentation skills are also required.
