EY Consulting is a rapidly expanding sector offering significant growth opportunities. We are seeking experienced SAP S4 CO Managers to enhance our SAP S4 Finance team. In this critical role, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP Controlling (CO) modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis within the S/4HANA environment. You will serve as a key liaison between financial business units and IT teams, ensuring controlling processes are scalable, precise, and adhere to SAP best practices.

As a manager, you will contribute effectively across various SAP implementation project phases. Key responsibilities include conducting Business Blueprint design workshops to capture client requirements and business processes, performing functional gap analyses, and managing complex CO enhancements. You will also provide essential guidance and support to end-users through testing, training, and post-go-live activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and providing regular status updates.

Ideal candidates possess a strong foundation in SAP Controlling modules and CO solutions, with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience. Mandatory skills include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements independently, driving design workshops, preparing workshop materials, and distributing meeting minutes. Experience in an onsite-offshore delivery model is preferred, alongside a proven track record in leading business blueprints, documenting requirements, and designing SAP solutions. A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant SAP experience is required, typically with a CA, ICWA, ICMA, or MBA Finance qualification from a reputable institution.
