This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Cloud ALM solutions. You will be instrumental in designing robust monitoring capabilities and driving SAP S/4HANA transformations and cloud adoption initiatives. Your expertise will be key to enhancing application lifecycle management and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities include the implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM, coupled with the design and maintenance of comprehensive monitoring tools covering business processes, health, integrations, and jobs.

You will support critical SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and cloud adoption efforts. Leveraging your SAP Solution Manager expertise is essential for managing changes, testing, ChaRM, monitoring, and project execution. Configuring dashboards, alert management, and reporting within SAP Cloud ALM are also vital aspects of this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for effective application lifecycle management, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting system, integration, and monitoring-related issues.

A strong foundation in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) is essential, alongside proven experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), encompassing ChaRM, Test Suite, Monitoring, and ITSM.

Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and the broader SAP ecosystem is required. Previous experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects is necessary. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are a must for this role.
