Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions. Lead SAP Cloud ALM implementations and configurations, managing Solution Manager 7.2 functionalities like ChaRM, ITSM, and Monitoring. Drive ALM transformation initiatives and define best practices for governance, incident, and change management. Provide strategic recommendations for SAP operations and continuous improvement.

Bring 6-12 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on skills in SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager 7.2. Expertise in ChaRM, ITSM, Solution Documentation, Test Management, Technical Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis is essential. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes, SAP Basis concepts, and strong analytical/troubleshooting skills are required. Experience with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices is preferred.
