As a technical team leader, you will drive cloud implementation projects, manage project deliverables, and mentor your team. Key responsibilities include interfacing with onsite coordinators and customer representatives, planning and monitoring project execution, and providing regular status reports. You will be accountable for the SAP BW development lifecycle, from design through implementation and production support, with a focus on SAP BW on HANA system architecture, performance optimization, and custom BW object development using LSA architecture. Additionally, you will create transformations, routines, formulas, DTPs, manage data loads, and support Business Objects reports, ensuring root cause analysis and providing timely solutions for issues. You will also be responsible for resource management, task allocation, and performance evaluation to meet organizational goals.

Ideal candidates possess 3-7 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA, with a strong command of system architecture design and performance optimization. Proficiency is required in creating transformations, routines, formulas, and DTPs, alongside developing and managing data loads. Expertise in custom BW object design and support using BW LSA architecture is essential. The role also involves performance tuning of BW systems using best practices, supporting Business Objects reports in production, and developing new reports. A background in root cause analysis and providing solutions for development and production issues is also necessary, along with the ability to make sound decisions, optimize processes, and manage resources effectively.
