Lead large-scale SAP Business Data Cloud and Datasphere initiatives, architecting robust solutions for global S/4HANA transformations. Design enterprise data products, semantic models, and analytical architectures, defining integration patterns across SAP and non-SAP platforms. Drive data governance, security, cataloging, lineage, and quality initiatives, while overseeing delivery teams and guiding migrations from SAP BW/BW4HANA.

Spearhead Git-based DevOps practices for SAP Datasphere, implementing automated extraction, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Define DevOps operating models and release governance strategies. Mentor architects and consultants, and actively support business development efforts.

A minimum of 12 years of SAP experience is required, with over 5 years specifically in SAP Datasphere/Business Data Cloud architecture. You should have led at least three end-to-end SAP transformation or analytics modernization programs, demonstrating strong consulting, solutioning, pre-sales, and delivery leadership capabilities. Experience with multinational clients and distributed delivery teams is essential.

Essential skills include deep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Data Modeling, Data Products, SAP Integration Suite, Data Governance, Metadata Management, and GitHub/GitLab DevOps with CI/CD. Proficiency in SQL, Data Engineering, and Data Virtualization is also critical.
