Define the enterprise-wide BTP strategy, roadmap, and governance model, designing clean core-aligned extension architectures for SAP S/4HANA. Establish standards for side-by-side extensions, event-driven architectures, and API-first design, while driving the adoption of BTP services across business units. Lead the implementation of integrations using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, OData, and event mesh, and build side-by-side extensions with SAP Business Application Studio and CAP. Architect data solutions with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, enabling real-time analytics and defining enterprise data models. Drive the adoption of AI services within BTP, including SAP AI Core and SAP AI Launchpad, for intelligent automation and GenAI use cases. Align BTP strategy with RISE with SAP transformation programs and define BTP security architecture, including identity and access management. Lead global BTP delivery teams, overseeing solution design, development, testing, and deployment, while collaborating with enterprise architects and business stakeholders.

Possess 8–12+ years of experience in SAP technologies, with at least 3–5+ years in BTP leadership roles. Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform services and architecture, alongside a strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and clean core principles. Showcase hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP, CAP, Node.js, and Java. Fiori/UI5 experience is preferred. Have prior experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, with a solid grasp of data modeling and integration. Possess knowledge of AI/Automation within BTP, including exposure to SAP AI Core and understanding of GenAI integration scenarios. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, transport management in BTP, IAS, IPS, and role-based access control is essential. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, event-driven architecture, and multi-cloud environments are considered advantageous.
