An exciting opportunity exists for a senior SAP BTP Architect to spearhead enterprise SAP transformation initiatives. This role focuses on defining robust cloud-native architectures and driving SAP Clean Core modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP BTP, Integration Suite, RAP, and CAPM, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing SAP S/4HANA extension and integration solutions.

Key responsibilities include defining the SAP BTP architecture, technology roadmap, governance frameworks, and best practices. You will lead cloud transformation, application modernization, and Clean Core projects. The role involves designing secure, scalable, and resilient solutions utilizing SAP BTP services, architecting side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA, and designing API-led, event-driven, and microservices-based integrations. Leadership in architecture reviews, stakeholder engagement, pre-sales activities, estimations, and RFP support is essential. Mentoring technical teams and guiding onsite-offshore delivery are also critical aspects of this position.

Essential skills encompass deep knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, BTP Administration, and Security & Identity Services. Proficiency in SAP Build Apps/Process Automation, SAP HANA Cloud, CPI Development, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, Integration Monitoring, and various integration protocols (REST/SOAP, B2B) is required. A strong understanding of Hybrid Integration Architectures is also necessary. Expertise in SAP RAP, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model, ABAP Cloud Development, CDS Views, Behavior Definitions, OData V4, Fiori Elements, Embedded Steampunk, and SAP CAPM (Node.js & Java), along with Service/Domain Modeling, HANA Cloud, XSUAA Security, Multi-tenant Applications, and Event-Driven Development is mandatory. Experience integrating BTP with SAP S/4HANA Cloud/On-Premise, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, IBP, MDG, and Datasphere is vital. Architectural skills in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud-Native Development, Microservices, API-Led Connectivity, Event-Driven Architecture, DevOps/CI-CD, Security Architecture, OAuth, JWT, SAML, IAS, and IPS are crucial. Preferred skills include SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Datasphere, SAP AI Core/Generative AI Hub, SAP Joule Extensions, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure/AWS integrations. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with 18-20 years of SAP technical experience, including 15+ years specifically in SAP BTP. Hands-on expertise in Integration Suite, RAP, and CAPM, with 10-15+ end-to-end SAP BTP implementation/transformation programs, and strong SAP S/4HANA extension architecture experience following Clean Core principles are essential. Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and pre-sales capabilities are required. SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and CAP certifications are preferred, with RAP/ABAP Cloud certification being a plus.
