Identify, assess, and foster new technology opportunities that deliver tangible business value.

Drive critical solution architecture decisions across application, integration, data, cloud, and AI domains. Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to establish roadmaps, define priorities, and create delivery plans. Implement robust engineering standards, governance frameworks, DevOps principles, and quality control measures for solution delivery.

Guide teams in adopting modern development methodologies, cloud-native architectures, and AI-enhanced engineering practices. Oversee estimation processes, solution planning, proposal development, workshops, and executive presentations. Mentor consultants and engineers while championing a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving AI capabilities to inform strategic decision-making.

Demonstrate strong experience in designing and delivering solutions utilizing modern technology stacks such as Node.js, Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, and cloud-native architectures. Possess experience with enterprise cloud platforms, DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Exhibit a solid understanding of Generative AI, AI orchestration frameworks, agent-based systems, and enterprise AI solution patterns.

Show exposure to enterprise platforms including SAP BTP, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, and their associated ecosystems. Ability to navigate effectively across both technical and business domains while maintaining a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset. Showcase excellent client management experience across diverse demographic contexts.

Possess strong solution architecture skills with a comprehensive understanding of security, scalability, reliability, integration, and governance principles. Proven track record in managing diverse teams and successfully balancing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
