As a Senior SAP BRIM CI FICA Consultant, you will provide functional expertise with hands-on experience in the utilities sector, specifically electricity, gas, and water. Your role will involve configuring the IS-U system, leading business workshops, and developing detailed blueprints (BBPs/BBDs FS). You will also be responsible for creating test scenarios, conducting training sessions, performing testing, and managing defects, particularly within the Device Management module. Designing core and customized business processes, recommending best practices for ISU, and effectively communicating complex requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders are key aspects of this position. You will also monitor project progress and quality, and be willing to travel as needed.

To excel in this role, you should possess a college degree in a relevant technology field or demonstrate comparable job experience. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in a functional SAP role is required, showcasing increasing responsibility. Prior experience in a SAP BRIM CI role is essential, along with leading at least one end-to-end implementation from scratch as a lead consultant.

Essential skills include sound experience in SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounting), strong knowledge of SAP FI-CA, FICA – FI SD, and FI MM integration. Development experience in S/4 HANA and SAP ECC across all RICEFW objects is crucial. Familiarity with SAP CRM/SOM/Hybris is highly beneficial. You must have strong knowledge of CI configuration and its integration with SOM, CC, SD & FI-CA, and FI/CO components. Extensive experience implementing SAP FI-CA and FI/CO solutions is a must.

Additional qualifications include successfully completing multiple SAP projects, excellent communication skills, confidence in an offshore/onshore delivery model, and proven experience managing large workstreams across multiple locations. Consulting experience is advantageous.

Proficiency in FI-CA concepts is vital, covering Company Code Setup, Chart of Accounts and GL setup, Main/Sub Transaction Setup, Security Deposit Process, Incoming Payments, Outgoing Payments and Returns, Collection process using Collection Strategy, Collection Agency processes, Transfer Posting, and Escheatment. Strong knowledge of month-end and period-end closing, FICA to FICO GL integration, and BRF Plus implementation experience are also necessary. Experience with middleware technologies for integrating SAP with third-party systems for payments and collections, alongside data migration experience, is important. The ability to work independently with good time management and planning skills is expected.
