Join our team as an SAP Business Partner (BP) / Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant, specializing in night shift operations. This role is pivotal in leading SAP implementations, focusing on business process analysis, data migration, and custom solution development. You will guide workshops, analyze legacy data, and ensure seamless data migration processes.

Key responsibilities include performing high-level and detailed analysis of customer requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and directing development teams. You will collaborate closely with the Data Migration team to define requirements, plan project timelines, and resolve any issues that arise during testing and execution.

Lead business workshops for blueprinting activities, analyze and validate legacy data load files, and oversee user acceptance testing for data migration.

Perform comprehensive analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support data migration initiatives with robust solutions.

Develop detailed custom solution specifications based on client needs.

Provide clear direction to SAP BODS development teams for solution implementation and actively participate in coding, testing, and maintenance.

Collaborate with the Data Migration team on requirements documentation, project planning, load scheduling, testing, and issue resolution.

This role requires 8+ years of overall experience in SAP BP (Sales and Distribution processes) Implementations/Rollouts, with at least 3 years in S/4 HANA Implementations/Rollouts.

Proven experience with 2+ data migration projects, specifically involving Business Partner (Customer and Vendor) migration and SAP SD objects such as Routes, Route Determination, Pricing, Vistex, Rebates, Customer Credit Data, Customer Material Info-records, and open sales orders.

Demonstrated SAP S/4 HANA data migration expertise in Sales and Distribution Master/transactional data, including Customer Master (BP), Route Determination, Pricing Conditions, and Rebates.

Experience in creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping and rules is essential.

Candidates must be willing to work in a night shift (3 PM to 12 AM IST) with potential work-from-home approval and readiness to work from our Bangalore/Hyderabad offices as per project needs.
