EY is seeking an experienced SAP BODS Manager to lead end-to-end SAP data migration for ECC to S/4HANA and cloud migration programs. Lead comprehensive SAP data migration workstreams utilizing SAP BODS, and architect solutions for complex migration scenarios including ECC to S/4HANA, cloud migrations, and carve-outs.

Serve as the main technical liaison for clients on data migration efforts. Drive the migration strategy, define approaches, plan sequencing, and manage cutover activities. Collaborate closely with functional leads, architects, and cross-functional teams. Interface effectively with onsite leads, program managers, and global delivery teams.

Review and approve critical migration documentation such as design documents, BODS architecture, job designs, and data validation strategies. Proactively identify and mitigate migration risks. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposal development.

Manage and mentor a team of BODS developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work. Establish and enforce development standards and best practices. Conduct design and code reviews, fostering a quality-driven and ownership-focused delivery culture. Participate in hiring and performance evaluations. Drive internal capability development and asset creation.

Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP data migration, with a significant focus on SAP BODS. You should have a proven history of successfully leading multiple full lifecycle migration projects.

Possess expert-level knowledge of SAP BODS architecture, design principles, and performance optimization techniques, including a deep understanding of jobs, dataflows, transformations, and error handling.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA data migration and working with SAP source and target systems. Familiarity with S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Fiori Migration Object Modeler) and IDOC/BAPI integrations via BODS is essential.

Proficiency in advanced SQL for complex data analysis and troubleshooting is required. A solid functional understanding of SAP process areas such as Finance, Sales and Distribution, and Material Management is also necessary.

Experience with BODS installation, configuration, scheduling, and the Management Console is expected. This includes practical experience with migration mock cycles, dress rehearsals, and cutover execution. Ability to produce detailed migration strategies, technical architectures, and effort estimates is key.
